How to always be motivated and focused

What is a break? Is doing nothing? No, it is simply a "change of focus" (a natural behavior for a creative person let's stop fighting it):

How to transfer this inside a non-stop, focused work session? Simple, by changing the type of activity every 10-15 minutes. You have to split and cyclically alternate your activities:
- Repetitive tasks (eg. sharing)
- Creative tasks (eg. drawing)
- Logical tasks (eg. planning a content strategy)
