Facebook account blocked with an excuse

2 Facebook accounts: after disconnecting from the internet and reconnecting I changed my IP address (which normally is static).

After that, I try to log in with the account that I use for sharing my content but... surprise! I cannot access it!
They say that I am logging in from a suspicious place and that for safety they have to ask the confirmation of my identity from one of my friends!!!

The funny thing is that:

1) I have no other possibilities to recover my account (even using my subscription email... crazy!)
2) The other account (and all the others that are logging in from my home) are accessible without any difficulty!!!!
3) The browser, the cookies and the session itself is the same (in all the other accounts no one had to log in another time)

This sounds very unrespectful, did you try to recover? How is it going?
